Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 3 days after delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your shipment is delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refund and exchange only if a wrong or damaged item is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Kindly make an UNBOXING VIDEO, IT IS MUST FOR PROOF. WITHOUT PROPER UNBOXING VIDEO WE WONT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU IN REFUND OR RETURNS if you find any issue inside the product after opening the seal.

Additionally, your request for a refund should reach us within 3 days after the delivery date. Since our products are consumables (except the shaker bottle and merchandise), if the Protection SEAL of the product has been opened by you, it is non-returnable under any circumstances. No exchange or refunds if you do NOT LIKE THE FLAVOR. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If its approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 business working days. If you wish to cancel your product if it’s IN-TRANSIT or OUT FOR DELIVERY or DENY THE DELIVERY you can inform us or you can deny to courier person yourself.

A Refund will be initiated after we receive the product & the product inspection has been completed.
A REFUND WILL BE INITIATED MINUS THE SHIPPING CHARGES AS THEY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BY COURIER SERVICES. Shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation can be done within 1 HOUR of placing your order and only via mail hello@ghostfit.in

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@ghostfit.in

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, SALE items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged within 3 days of delivery. Send us an email at hello@ghostfit.in and or ask for a return request.

SHIPPING

The product will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being received and will be delivered in approx. 5-7 Working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) depending on your location. In some situations like sale, natural calamity, festivals, it may take more time. Depending on the location where you live, it may take time for the product to reach you. To return or exchange your product, you can ship item(s) yourself. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over INR 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
